Two-way personal communication is crucial because your employees are among your most valuable assets. The foundation of trust between your company and its employees is established through employee relations. Not only do your workers benefit personally, but the business also gains when they have a sense of value, respect, and community at work. I think it's important to take a seat and ask yourself: Am I in the correct place? Do I enjoy doing what I'm doing and what I like to do? and so forth.
