This is an argument point which at current scenario is not the one that is being required by many of the employers. Though it might have in certain third world countries which they require some of the key points that is being mentioned in your article. Yet the major role playing countries are now focused in having a more wider and change related matter of having what they wanted from their employee.
ReplyDeleteAs per the journal article Moens, E., et. al., (2022) it had been found that the post COVID-19 had created indeed the companies to have their employee to have their full effort being put to the company from what ever the way they can. As long as the work is done the employee now are having a change of mind in getting certain expectation from their employees. Considering it as old school format, they have made certain exceptions or changes in their mind of which they are having a look.
But still in countries like Sri Lanka and India there are these things can be seen even after the post COVID-19. This is due to the fact those countries are still in the progress of changing and adopting the new changes into their systems. Due to the red-tape system in those countries are crippling many of the changes they are yet to have brought in to alive.
